Warranty
The Canadian Timber Collection by Dundalk LeisureCraft Inc. saunas are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use for a period of three years from the date of receipt. This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, natural weather exposure, required maintenance such as tightening bands or staining, misuse, or negligence. This is a parts only warranty and does not include service or labor costs.

Order Confirmation:
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email confirming receipt and pre authorization of your credit card. We then confirm product availability with the manufacturer. If the item is on backorder or unavailable, the pre authorization will be voided and you will be notified. If available, your order will be processed for shipment within five business days.
Order Shipment:
Tracking information will be sent within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse. If you do not receive tracking details within six business days, please contact support@elementalrestore.com.
Damages:
Inspect packaging upon delivery. If damage is visible, note it when signing. If damage is discovered after delivery, email photos to support@elementalrestore.com and we will assist with the claim process.
