Warranty
The Canadian Timber Collection by Dundalk LeisureCraft Inc. saunas are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use for a period of three years from the date of receipt. This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, natural weather exposure, required maintenance such as tightening bands or staining, misuse, or negligence. This is a parts only warranty and does not include service or labor costs.
Shipping & Returns
Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order and pre authorized your credit card for the purchase. Once your order is received, we contact our suppliers to confirm stock availability. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, the pre authorization will be voided and you will be notified by email. If the item is available for shipment within five business days, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Order Shipment:
If your item is in stock and payment is processed, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. Tracking information will be sent within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the email address provided at checkout. If you do not receive tracking information within six business days, please contact support@elementalrestore.com.
Damages:
Please inspect the packaging of your item upon arrival. If you notice any damage, note it when signing for delivery. If your item arrives damaged, send photos to support@elementalrestore.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
Cancellations & Refunds:
Dundalk Leisurecraft does not accept returns. All purchases are final.

We work hard to ensure the best prices online. If you find a lower price from another authorized online retailer within six months of purchase, notify us and we will refund the difference. If our own website lists a lower price within six months of your purchase date, we will refund the difference as well.
To request a partial refund, email us a link to the same product on our website or a competitor’s website within six months of your purchase. The product must be in stock and sold by an authorized online retailer. Promotions, rebate offers, auction sites, and discounters are excluded. The price match includes item price and shipping charges but excludes sales tax.
