Warranty
Dundalk LeisureCraft Canadian Timber Collection saunas are covered by a three year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship when used under normal residential conditions. Coverage begins on the date the product is received.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, weather related aging, or natural changes in wood due to environmental exposure. Routine maintenance such as tightening barrel bands, cleaning, staining, or general upkeep is the responsibility of the owner and is not covered under warranty. Please refer to your assembly manual for proper maintenance guidelines.
Damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, neglect, or failure to follow recommended care instructions is not covered. The manufacturer and authorized retailers are not responsible for any injury or damage arising from improper use of the product.
This is a parts only warranty. Labor, service work, or installation costs are not included under the three year warranty coverage.
Shipping & Returns
Order Confirmation:
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that your order has been received and your payment method has been pre authorized. We then confirm stock availability with our supplier. If the item is on backorder or unavailable, the pre authorization will be voided and you will be notified. If available for shipment within five business days, your order will be processed and released for shipping.
Order Shipment:
In stock orders ship within five business days after payment is processed. Tracking information will be emailed within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse. If tracking has not been received within six business days, please contact support@elementalrestore.com.
Damages:
Please inspect all packaging upon delivery and note any visible damage before signing. If your item arrives damaged, email photos to support@elementalrestore.com and we will assist with filing an insurance claim.
Cancellations & Refunds:
Dundalk Leisurecraft does not accept returns. All purchases are final.
